Procurement of Seeds for Nutrition Garden and Nutritive Crops Farming in Project Areas Rolpa
Rural Reconstruction Nepal (RRN) invites sealed bid from the eligible and qualified bidders for supply and delivery of vegetable and crop seeds in seasonal basis for one year period (May 2022 to April, 2023) in order to support nutrition vegetable garden and nutritive crops farming at the community levels in Runtigadhi and Triveni Rural Municipalities of Rolpa District.
1. Bidder qualification requirements include:
a) Valid firm/ Company registration certified
b) Pan/Vat Certificate
c) Tax clearance letter for F/Y 2077/078
d) At least past three years of experience on seed supply
2. Estimated cost of seeds purchase is Rs. 40, 00,000 (Forty Lakh only) throughout the year.
3. Bids must submit to the address given below, before Friday 20th May 2022 by 5.00 PM.
4. Bid should be submitted in sealed envelope either RRN head office Gairidhara Kathmandu or RRN Field Office, Holeri, Runtigadhi, Rolpa. The sealed bids open, assessment of rates and profile along with selection of bidders will be conducted by RRN head office, Kathmandu
5. Successful bidder must produce bank guarantee of 3 % of the estimated cost in favor of RRN before entering into supply contract.
