Invitation of sealed bids for supplying Business Start-Up Materials for Women-Led Enterprises in Kapilvastu District. 

Rural Reconstruction Nepal (RRN) invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the procurement and supply of business start-up materials to support the establishment and promotion of women-led enterprises under the project “Empowered Citizens are Promoting Food and Nutrition Governance in Three Municipalities in Kapilvastu District (NPL 1084).” 

This project is funded by BMZ and Welthungerhilfe (WHH) and is being implemented jointly by RRN and Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS) across Buddhabhumi, Kapilvastu, and Maharajgunj municipalities in Kapilvastu District. 

Eligible and interested suppliers are hereby invited to submit sealed bids under the following terms and conditions. 

Documents to be Submitted with the Bid: 

1. A clearly filled price quotation (rate) excluding VATfor the listed items. 

2. Copy of the company registration certificate issued by the Government of Nepal (with valid renewal). 

3. Copy of PAN and VAT registration certificates.

4. Copy of Tax Clearance Certificateof the last fiscal year. 

5. Evidence of at least five (5) years of experience in supplying similar items, along with recommendation/experience certificates from related organizations. 

6. Short company/firm profile of the bidder. 

Terms and Conditions: 

1. Interested and eligible bidders mustsubmittheir bids in a sealed envelope, with all required documents, as specified above. 
2. Suppliers maysubmit quotations for all listed items or apply on a category-wise basis, as applicable. 
3. The completed bid documents must besubmittedon or before 5:00 PM on July 10, 2026, at the Central Office of RRN, Gairidhara, Kathmandu. 

• If the deadline falls on a public holiday, submission will be accepted on the next working day.  

• Bids received after 5:00 PM on the final day will not be accepted. 

4. The bidform can be downloaded from the RRN website: rrn.org.np 
5. Bidders must print the material list andsubmitit along with the proposed rates and required documents in a properly sealed envelope. 

• Each page must be stamped and signed by the authorized person. 

• Any corrections in the quotation must be properly crossed out, rewritten, and signed with an official stamp. 

6. Submittedbids will be evaluated by the Bid Evaluation Committee through comparative analysis. 
7. Bidders with prior experience in supplyingsimilar items for the establishment of women-led enterprises will be given preference 
8. RRN reserves the full right to accept or reject any bid, either wholly or partially, without assigning any reason.
