Project Summary:
Rural Reconstruction Nepal (RRN) is implementing the Scaling-Up Locally Led Nature Conservation Project (LNCP) in five selected Buffer Zone Community Forests of Shivapuri Nagarjun National Park. Building upon the achievements of the pilot LNCP, the project strengthens biodiversity conservation, ecosystem resilience, and sustainable livelihoods through community-led conservation approaches.

- Increased livelihood opportunities through conservation-friendly enterprises, agroforestry promotion, and community-based income-generating activities.
- Improved research, documentation, and application of innovative technologies for evidence-based conservation planning and decision-making.
