AUCTION NOTICE FOR THE SALE OF A USED OFFICIAL MOTORBIKES

Rural Reconstruction Nepal (RRN) invites interested individuals or firms to submit their bid (offer) in a sealed envelope for the purchase of the used Official Motorbikes on an “as-is-where-is” basis.

The bid should be submitted before 21 September before 05:00 pm in a sealed envelope mentioning “Bid for Motorbike Auction” to the following address.

The bidders can bid for all packages (Kathmandu, Chitwan, Biratnagar, Jajarkot) or for one, or more packages. The bidder/s can submit their sealed bid to respective field offices or at the head office.

RRN reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids without giving reasons whatsoever.

Terms and Conditions

Only offers received within the closing date and time will be evaluated. RRN does not take any warranty and guarantee of the motorbikes/other vehicle.

Potential buyer shall make offer in written form, using the template available at www.rrn.org.np.

A bid security of 5 percent of the quoted amount shall be deposited in the following bank account, and the deposit voucher shall be submitted along with the bid. The bid security of unsuccessful bidders shall be refunded.

The minimum base rate of vehicle auction shall not be less than the valuation report.

The offers will be evaluated based on the highest evaluated bid. All costs during ownership transfer process including road tax, vehicle tax, insurance and other charges shall be borne by the selected bidder. The highest bidder be invited to buy the motorbikes via email and phone. If s/he does not want to buy the vehicles in the given period, the second highest bidder will be invited to buy.

Inspection of Motorbikes/other vehicle will be managed 7 September 2025 till 12 September 2025 (From 4 pm – 5 pm) at RRN head office and respective field office premises. RRN has the right to cancel or extend period at any time, final approval of bidding remained in RRN.
